Max Lamb

Researching Max Lamb was an inspiring look on how he produces domestic furniture, most designers create from original materials ie, wood, glass, marbel but Max Lamb created his first piece from a single block of polystyrene. A material only used for packaging whereas Lamb created a chair. The chair is sat upon the unused polystyrene and a paint splashed background, the phtograph works well together as a quirky and possibly timeless piece of furniture.

advertisement

an advertisement in the Metro newspaper, advertising a restaurant. I photograpahed this becasue i like the title of the restaurant and how it fits in the shape of a Hippo, also the quote underneath the image, spending time with friends is something a like to do, especially with a bite to eat and a drink (:

tynemouth beach

This is a building i created for the project AD105&106, it's situated on Tynemouth Beach. A coffee shop with avintage/ shabby chic interior, the first floor also has a outdoor where the doors unfold and the fist floor opens up into one whole space.

Shipley Art Gallery

Unfortunatly I never got who made this piece and the Shipley Art Gallerys website never had it on but i photographed this piece becasue i like the way the light reflcts off only some parts of their bodies. it would be nice recreated on black card with only using white chalk and picking out the light.

tenerife

getting charged £8 for being a kilo over was not the best start to our holiday and the 5 hour flight along with the 12 hour day exhaustd me but we got there and had the best 11 days ever. Now we're back it's all just a distant memory and we're already planning to go back in the summer
